I chopped the stems off and rubbed in a little olive oil and salt and then put them in the dehydrator. For s long time.

I have a feeling that if you do that it may limit the people who can comment to those who have blogspot accounts. I may be wrong though. Without wanting to sound too silly what do you do with the chips? Just eat them or do you use them in other dishes?
Yes I was thinking the same thing. The word verification is working. But I know it's a pain. I have good eyesight and I have trouble reading those things. Don't know how you do the catchpa you have.Those silverbeet chips were just scoffed as is for a snack. But I think they'd add good crunch to a salad or something.
