The perfect amount of peashoots for a salad I reckon Mark. Thanks for being the first. I wasn't sure everything would work cos I used the scheduler for the first time.
Those pikelets look pretty spesh VG! I love Basil, I've tried it a few times to grow, but it either goes beserk and bolts to seed, or doesn't do very well at all. Seems there's not much in between. I've linked with my post, hope it works ok?! cheers Wendy
I fried them in a little olive oil Liz. The recipe is Stefanie Alexanders. She serves them with a dollop of goats cheese which I've done before too and is yum.
Fingers crossed I did the linky thing right. As promised, a vegie, egg and feta creation. I think you should rethink the 'no recipe' idea - I would love to know how to make those pikelets! I don't have that cookbook. Have a lovely week. Kali
I'm first! My post is certainly about a fairly small harvest, but I reckon it counts...I hope you get lots of other people joining in.

How do you cook your pikelets? Bake or dry fry them, they look paler than the ones I make (and much healthier).
